Fattoria San Lorenzo is a farm holiday resort in the Maremma. It offers accommodation in 38 holiday apartments inside three farmhouses for a diversified tourism offer.
The Villa is for those seeking the thrill of perfection, with the space and the furnishings of a grand manor house;
the Capanne (Bungalows), where you will feel pampered even if you are alone;
the Tenuta Livia for happy family togetherness;
or, the Pozzino for those who want a high level of privacy.
Soon to be completed is the refurbishment work on an additional structure called the Lago (Lake), which will encompass the space for two villas.

The ancient farmhouses that make up the resort have been finely restored using prestigious materials like wooden beamed ceilings and typical terracotta floors. The apartments have been designed to guarantee top comfort and relaxation for our guests. Once the dwellings of field laborers, today these farmhouses are surrounded by a 450-hectare estate where sunflowers alternate with olive groves, fruit trees and marvelous gardens cultivated strictly with organic systems.

Comfort, relaxation, nature and fun are the key words in our b&b near Grosseto: our guests can rest by the swimming pool or adventure into the wild on horseback or a mountain bike.

Our farm holiday resort is located in a key point in the Maremma, bordered to the south by the mouth of the River Ombrone and the Parco dell’Uccellina Natural Reserve. A few miles away are principal seaside destinations, such as Castiglione della Pescaia and Punta Ala, and the city of Grosseto.
