Information note pursuant to art. 13 Leg. Decree No. 196/2003 addressed to anyone visiting the Website of Fattoria S. Lorenzo and to the recipients of the services offered on www.fattoriasanlorenzo.it, excluding external links.

The data collected through this website are divided into:

  • Navigation data
    This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the Website, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the resources requested, and other parameters related to the HTTP protocol and relating to the user’s operating system and IT environment. These data are used only to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the Website and to verify its proper operation, and are deleted immediately after processing. The data may be used to ascertain any responsibility in case of IT crimes damaging the Website; except for this possibility, the data on Web contacts are not currently kept for more than seven days.
  • Navigation data will be stored on the Provider's Server that hosts the Website www.fattoriasanlorenzo.it; documents and other communications will be stored at Fattoria San Lorenzo, except for cookies that are stored in your computer.

    Leg. Decree 196/2003 art. 7 (Right of access to personal data and other rights).

    Right of access to personal data and other rights. 1. The person concerned may ask for confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form. 2. The person concerned may obtain information as to: a) the origin of personal data; b) the purposes and methods of processing; c) the logics applied in case of processing by electronic instruments; d) the identity of the data processing holder and/or, manager and of the designated representative as under article 5(2); e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the data may be communicated or who may become aware thereof in their capacity of designated representative in the country, or in their capacity of managers or delegated subjects. 3. The person concerned may ask for: a) the updating, rectification or, when interested, the integration of his/her data, b) the cancellation, transformation into an anonymous form or block of data processed against the law, including data which need not be kept for the purposes for which they have been collected or subsequently processed; c) the certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been notified, also as to their content, to those whom the data have been communicated or disclosed to, unless this proves impossible or involves manifestly disproportionate measures when compared to the protected right. 4. The person concerned may object, in whole or in part, a) for legitimate reasons to the processing of his/her personal data, even where pertinent to the purpose of collection; b) to the processing of his/her personal data for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales materials or for market surveys or commercial communication purposes.
