The apartment is about 65 square metres and can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people.

  • 2 double rooms with mosquito nets on the windows (double beds are available). One of the rooms features a walk-in closet. It is possible to add a cot to each of the two rooms;
  • 2 bathrooms with a window, one with a shower and one with a bath. In each bathroom there is a hair dryer;
  • living room with sofa, table and chairs;
  • kitchenette complete with dishes and utensils, electric grills, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee and tea maker, toaster, moka pot;
  • large fridge and freezer;
  • 32-inch LCD TV, satellite TV, wi-fi connection, DVD player, stereo, iron and ironing board;
  • exclusive entrance from the private outdoor space;
  • private veranda with table and chairs;
  • large private garden not fenced or delimited with two sunbeds where you can relax with your family and friends;
  • Barbecue usable only by the guests of the apartment.

The holiday apartment is about 20 metres from the outdoor swimming pool of the farmhouse Le Capanne.
